Soldering and assembly of lemo connectors

If you solder from the outermost row, then the center pin core will be blocked by the soldered wire and cannot be soldered. So it must be welded from the center to the outside in this order. Plug: Since the rubber core of the lemo connector is inside the plug, the plug needs to be disassembled before soldering the wires and then assembled. The disassembled parts of the plug include the rubber core, protection sheet, wire clip, tail cap and so on. Before soldering the wires, you need to put the sheath into the wires first, then put the tail cap into the wires, followed by the wire clips. It should be noted that the wire clip into the wire, and then the wire above the shielding layer wrapped around the top of the wire clip, so that the plug can play a shielding effect. After the completion of these tasks, the order of welding wire with the socket welding order, from the center to the outside of the order of welding wire. Plug assembly: after the completion of the welding wire, the protective sheet will be stuck on the rubber core, and then aligned position into the plug shell. Note that the rubber core of the plug is heated, so the rubber core will be a little hard after being heated, not very good assembly, need patience. After the rubber core into the shell, screw on the tail cap, put on the sheath is completed.
