Hirose FH28E-40S-0.5SH(05) Connector Product (Series) Description:
Hirose Electric's FH28 series FFC/FPC connector is a high-performance, compact surface-mount connector designed for applications requiring high-density signal transmission. The connector features right-angle mounting and supports FFC/FPC cables up to 0.30mm thick with a pitch of only 0.50mm, accommodating up to 40 contacts for precision electronics.The FH28 series features a Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) design equipped with a rotary locking mechanism that ensures reliable cable retention and enhanced vibration resistance. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze and are 2.00µin gold plated for improved conductivity and durability. In addition, the connector features a fixed solder tail design for solder stability and a UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating for stable operation in environments from -40°C to 105°C. The housing and actuator are non-conductive. The housing and actuator are made of halogen-free liquid crystal polymer (LCP), which is environmentally friendly and high-temperature resistant, and is suitable for industrial equipment, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, and other applications with stringent connector performance requirements.
