Hirose Electric FH12 series FFC/FPC connectors are high-performance, compact surface mount connectors for a wide range of precision electronic devices. The series features a 0.5mm pitch design that supports 26-pin positions and is compatible with FFC/FPC cables of 0.30mm thickness to ensure stable signal transmission. Its Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) design combined with a trigger locking mechanism makes assembly easier and provides a reliable connection fixing.The contacts of the FH12 series are made of gold-plated phosphor bronze material, which provides excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance and ensures long-term stable electrical performance. The housing is made of polyamide (PA) nylon and the actuator is made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), both of which comply with UL94 V-0 flame retardant standards to ensure safety. The connector has a rated current of 0.5A, a rated voltage of 50V, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It is suitable for use in consumer electronics, industrial control, automotive electronics and other fields, and achieves a good balance between compact design and high reliability.
