Hirose Electric Co Ltd's FH34SRJ series of FFC/FPC (Flat Flexible) connectors provide reliable interconnect solutions for modern electronic devices with their high performance and compact design. Supporting both surface mount and right-angle mounting, the series utilizes a Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) configuration and combines rotary and back-locking locking features to ensure easy installation and a secure connection.The FH34SRJ series offers an 8-pin position with a 0.50mm pitch, is compatible with FFCs and FPCs with a thickness of 0.30mm, and supports both top and bottom contact connection methods for enhanced design flexibility. With an on-board height of only 1.00mm, they are suitable for space-critical applications. The contacts are made of gold-plated phosphor bronze with a 0.050µm coating and support a rated current of 0.5A and a rated voltage of 50V, providing excellent conductivity and reliability. The housing and actuator are made of high-performance liquid crystal polymer (LCP) and polyamide (PA) materials that meet UL94 V-0 flame retardant standards and are stable over a wide temperature range of -55°C to 105°C. The actuator is also available in a wide range of colors. With a mating life of up to 20 cycles, they are ideal for communications equipment, consumer electronics and industrial applications.
