The MINIFLEX® 5-FF connector has a robust design and is equipped with a fixing function for various FPC/FFC connection requirements. With a height of 2.55 mm and a pitch of 0.5 mm, they feature a horizontal front flip for easy installation and use.
The main specifications of the connector include a board pitch of 0.5 mm, an FPC/FFC contact pitch of the same 0.5 mm, and a contact wipe length of 1.40 mm. The thickness of the FPC/FFC ranges from 0.3 mm ± 0.05 mm, which ensures good contact performance. In addition, the MINIFLEX® 5-FF connector has a width of 6.4 mm when open and a depth of 7.2 mm when closed, making it suitable for a wide range of applications in the 10 to 80 range.
