I-PEX 20720-040E-02 Connector Product (Series) Description:
EVAFLEX 5-VS is a self-locking FFC/FPC connector that supports high temperature (105°C) and high speed transmission. Its 0.5 mm pitch design is suitable for compact arrangements and is compatible with shielded and unshielded FFC/FPC to ensure signal stability. The connector has a wipe length of 1.1 mm, a contact point at the top, a thickness of 0.33 mm, and an outline dimension of 6.25 mm wide plus 0.5x board thickness and 4.95 mm depth. It supports USB 3.1 Gen1, eDP HBR3, HDMI 2.0, and other standards, and has a transmission speed of up to 10-50 Gbps.
Available in pin counts from 10 to 50, they meet USCAR II vibration and shock standards and are widely used in automotive, electronics and communications equipment to provide reliable connectivity solutions.
