The Hirose Electric FH26 series is a high-performance FPC (flat flexible cable) connector designed for compact electronic devices. The series features an ultra-small pitch of 0.30mm, supports 39-pin positions, and is compatible with FPCs with a thickness of 0.20mm, ensuring the reliability of high-density signal transmission.The FH26 series utilizes a Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) design and is equipped with a trigger-locking mechanism that improves connectivity and reduces insertion and extraction losses. Its contacts are made of phosphor bronze and gold-plated to provide excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The connector's housing is made of liquid crystal polymer (LCP) and the actuator is made of polyamide (PA) nylon to ensure good mechanical strength and heat resistance. The series supports a rated voltage of 30V and a rated current of 0.2A, and can operate stably over an operating temperature range of -55°C to 85°C. The connectors are available in a wide range of sizes and sizes. Its 1.00mm on-board height makes it suitable for ultra-thin devices such as portable electronics, medical devices and high-precision instruments, providing a reliable FPC interconnect solution.
