Hirose FH28E-60S-0.5SH(05) Connector Product (Series) Description:
The Hirose Electric FH28 series FFC/FPC connectors are high-density, high-reliability surface mount connectors for precision electronics. Designed with a 0.50mm pitch, the series supports 60-pin positions and is compatible with FFC/FPC with a thickness of 0.30mm, ensuring efficient signal transmission and stable performance.The FH28 series features a zero insertion force (ZIF) design and a rotational locking mechanism that improves connection stability and reduces insertion and removal losses. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with 2.00µin (0.051µm) gold plating to provide excellent conductivity and durability for high frequency signal transmission. The housing and actuator are made of halogen-free Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP), which meets UL94 V-0 flame retardant standards and is capable of stable operation over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The 2.54mm board height is also suitable for high-frequency signal transmission. Its 2.54mm on-board height and fixed solder tail design make it suitable for industrial control, medical equipment, communication terminals and other high-density PCB applications, ensuring long-term reliable connection performance.
