How medical harnesses should be wrapped and protected

Usually the temperature resistance of bellows is between -40-150℃. Its material has two kinds of PP and PA, PA material is better than PP material in flame retardant and abrasion resistance; but PP material is stronger than PA material in bending fatigue resistance. Usually for the opening can be directly into the harness. 2. PVC pipe: its function and bellows is almost the same, mainly used in the wire harness corner of the branch, in order to make the wire smooth transition, that is because of the softness of the PVC pipe and better resistance to bending deformation, and the PVC pipe is generally closed. PVC pipe is not a high heat-resistant temperature, generally in the 80 ℃ or less. 3. Tape: its role is to play a bundle in the wiring harness, Wear-resistant, insulation, flame retardant, noise reduction, marking and so on. Harness tape is generally divided into three kinds of tape: PVC tape, air flannel tape and cloth-based tape. PVC tape wear resistance, flame retardant better; temperature resistance at 80 ℃ or so, noise reduction is not good, the price is cheaper. Flannel tape and cloth tape material for PET. flannel tape wrapping and noise reduction is better, temperature resistance in 105 ℃ or so; cloth tape wear resistance is better, temperature resistance is higher about 150 ℃. The common disadvantage of flannel tape and cloth tape is that they are not good at flame retardant and expensive.
