Conductor Assembly: The conductors are connected one by one according to the design plan. The connections can be made by soldering, crimping or plugging. This step requires a high degree of precision and care to ensure the quality and reliability of the harness. Insulation and Protective Sleeving Installation: After the wire connections are made, insulation and protective sleeving are applied to the wires to provide insulation and protection. The insulating material can be plastic sleeving, rubber tubing or heat-shrinkable tubing, etc. The protective sleeving is usually made of abrasion- and corrosion-resistant materials. Quality inspection and testing: Perform quality inspection and testing on the assembled wiring harness, including appearance inspection, conductivity testing, insulation testing and reliability testing. Ensure that the wiring harness meets the design specifications and customer requirements, and has good electrical performance and durability.
