RF coaxial connectors and cables provide critical RF links in communications, broadcast, wireless, and test and measurement applications. They use coaxial cable or ribbon cable to provide a low-loss path between RF systems, components, assemblies, and equipment. The basic coaxial construction consists of a center conductor that is surrounded by a concentric insulating dielectric layer that is surrounded by a cylindrical conductive shell. The dimensions of the cable elements are controlled to provide constant conductor size and spacing so that the cable can be effectively used as a transmission line. RF connectors provide nodes for connecting coaxial cable and ribbon line transmission lines to other assemblies or subassemblies. They extend the coaxial structure, add interlocking conductors and locking mechanisms, and maintain constant impedance. Typically, male plugs have a protruding center conductor and internal locking threads on the outer conductor. Receptacles have recessed inner conductors and outer locking threads. It should be noted that some "reverse polarity" connector types have the locking threads reversed, with the outer threads on the upper male plug and the inner threads on the female plug. Other locking mechanisms may include twist locks, snap rings or grommets. Similar to SMA connectors, most coaxial connectors distinguish between male and female, with different structures on either side. There are also some connector nodes that have the same structure on both sides. These labs are mainly used for high precision connector applications. Connectors should be kept clean. A better way to ensure cleanliness is to use a protective cover when the connector is not in use. If the connector becomes contaminated with dust, it should be cleaned. Lint-free cotton swabs soaked in isopropyl alcohol may be used to clean connectors with solid dielectrics. Be careful not to bend the center wire pin. It is also good practice to clean the inner and outer threads of threaded fittings. Do not use cotton swabs to clean fittings with air media, as the dielectric beads used to hold the components in place may be damaged by solvents. They can be cleaned with dry compressed air.-2、About Evergrande Electronic Products Network platform related to the introduction and sales of products briefly: Evergrande Electronic Products Network - a professional agent / production / sales of a variety of {connectors | wiring harness | wire and cable products }; if you have a related [connectors | wiring harness | wire and cable products] purchasing / sourcing needs or would like to buy / to understand what connectors | harness | wire and cable products we can provide solutions, please contact the following Division I business personnel; If you have related [connectors | wire harness | wire and cable products] sales / resources and promotion needs, please click on the "¡¡ Business Cooperation ←" with the person to discuss!
