The outer sheath is usually made of wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and pressure-resistant materials, such as PVC, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or polyurethane (PU). Testing and quality control: Various testing and quality control measures are required during the production process to ensure the performance and reliability of the communication lines. This includes the resistance test of the conductor, the withstand voltage test of the insulation layer, the continuity test of the shielding layer, etc. Printing and packaging: After the production of the communication line is completed, printing, marking and packaging shall be carried out. Identification usually includes product model, specification, production date and other information, which is convenient for users to identify and use.
