Pawl systems (full and limited) provide the appropriate level of engagement/disengagement force. This series of interconnects meets all package design requirements. The series can be used as highly shielded interconnects for high-speed data applications or in board-to-board systems using a movable pin. This movable pin provides a connection between mating pairs to compensate for radial and axial misalignment. The plugs are available in wire-to-board pairs with angled or straight plug sides and can terminate 0.047" or 0.086" semi-rigid or conformal coaxial cables. The plugs are designed for surface mount, through-hole, or end projection installation.
