Dynamic MiniTE Connectivity's connectors are smaller in size, but perform like existing larger alternativesTE Connectivity's Dynamic Mini series of connectors for PCB signaling have a slimmer profile than the existing Dynamic D1000, providing valuable additional space on the board. The Dynamic series connectors meet LV 214 test requirements. Audible locking feedback allows for easy field installation and maintenance by service engineers. High-temperature nylon housings allow reflow soldering, speeding up system assembly and saving total cost of ownership. High reliability comes from the high retention force the connectors exhibit between the contacts and the housing, thanks to their second locking design. As applications become more form-fitting, their requirements will either remain the same or increase, and the Dynamic Mini series is smaller in size but offers the same performance as existing larger alternatives. The protective locking concept helps to avoid accidental unlocking by using a transitional sinking surface. This is one of the features that keeps the product's profile slim.
