The connector's high density accommodates 47 signal bits (2.2 A, 32 V), 16 3.7 A, 300 V power bits, and 23 11 A, 400 V power bits. Semi- or fully-automatic crimping with dynamic contact reduces cable assembly costs, and the HDC HK plug, based on TE's proven dynamic contact technology, offers performance comparable to traditional HDC connectors.
