Single-Pair Ethernet (SPE) IP67 Cables and ConnectorsAmphenol Communications Solutions' next-generation Ethernet connectors feature an M12 push-pull form factor and are compliant with IEC 63171-6 standardsAmphenol Communications Solutions' Single-Pair Ethernet (SPE) IP67 Cables and Connectors Picture Amphenol Communications Solutions' Single-Pair Ethernet (SPE) connectors for industrial applications bring direct Ethernet connectivity to peripheral devices such as sensors, actuators, and vision system cameras operating at speeds up to 1 Gb/s. These SPE connectors are designed for use in a wide variety of applications, including industrial and commercial applications. These SPE connectors eliminate slow, expensive and complex fieldbus protocols and connections by simplifying and standardizing existing and new industrial network systems. The connectors are IP67 rated and have an M12 size round form factor. They feature rugged right-angle and vertical PCB mounts, solder cup SPE jacks, and can be mated with field terminated plugs to provide a fully shielded interface with latching features. Current handling up to 4 A supports up to 1 km of Power over Data Link (PoDL) capability.
