The series can handle currents up to 350 A and wire sizes from 20 AWG (0.75 mm²) to 3/0 AWG (70 mm²). A variety of colored housing options can be stacked together to create proven and reliable custom connectors. These housings can be used with different contacts to create wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, or wire-to-bus connections. These Powerpole connectors combine quality materials with cost-effective, innovative design for great versatility. The Powerpole Pak PP15 through PP45 series connectors feature shell packages in durable black housings stacking grouped PP15 through PP45 size housings to provide a finished connector look and other features. Plug housings offer integrated latching and strain relief options to help secure the connection. Available in inline, panel mount, and blind plug configurations, Powerpole PP75 series connector housings are available for wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and wire-to-bus applications. Wire sizes range from 16 AWG (1.3 mm²) to 6 AWG (13.3 mm²) and offer power capabilities up to 120 amps per pole. Locking housings secure the Powerpole housings to each other and to the mounting pads The Powerpole PP120 series housings are designed to accommodate wire sizes up to 1/0 AWG (50 mm²) and handle high currents up to 240 A. The PP120 series housings are designed to be used in a wide variety of applications. The reduced sleeve allows the PP120 to accept wires down to 8 AWG (10 mm²). Multi-colored stackable housings combined with low-resistance flat wipe technology provide robust connectivity.Powerpole PP180 series connectors feature larger Powerpole series housings. They are designed to accommodate up to 3/0 AWG (70 mm²) wire and handle up to 350 A of current. Busbar contacts are also available for power input and output.
