TF31 Series FPC/FFC ConnectorsHirose's connectors are available in a variety of height and pitch optionsHirose TF31 Series Connector PicturesHirose's TF31 Series connectors are available in two different contact pitches, 0.5 mm and 1.0 mm, as well as two height options, 1.75 mm and 2.0 mm. These options allow engineers to select the connector that best suits their design. These connectors utilize Hirose's FPC/FFC side fixing technology, which allows the FPC/FFC with inserts to be placed in the correct position while achieving stability and excellent FPC/FFC retention. Each terminal is connected to the actuator, thereby supporting the actuator over its entire length. This prevents separation of the actuator from the housing. The actuator is designed to open wide (approximately 110°), providing excellent FPC/FFC insertion maneuverability. The underside of the connector is overmolded, allowing the PCB space below the connector to be used for additional PCB wiring.
