They are IP69k rated. While maintaining compatibility with existing industry-standard designs for 24-gauge housings, the enhanced ergonomic design ensures reliable mating confirmation through the use of an easy-to-grip mating system and visual and tactile indicators that are more than just easy to use. Wire management enhancements include two different chassis systems that are threaded to screw into the back of the connector, providing strain relief and additional line sealing protection. Low-cost tie wrap options and fully enclosed bottom shells are interchangeable to meet specific application requirements. This rugged, high-performance product is ideally suited for panel mount or inline heavy-duty applications such as commercial vehicle, agricultural, construction and marine installations.
