This single row, 1.27 mm pitch connector series delivers a higher current of 9.0 A per contact at +20°C. The MicroBridge connectors are designed to meet the stringent requirements of the modern automotive industry. In addition to its rugged design, the series is available in SMT and IDC termination styles, 2-pin to 20-pin count options, all with double latching and integrated strain relief. microBridge also offers an electrical Connector Position Assurance (CPA) option, which provides a guaranteed connection through the use of shortened pins that do not have signaling or current transfer capability. This miniaturized series features coded/colored options for operation over the -40°C to +150°C temperature range. All of these features benefit applications with extreme temperature, space constraints, and harsh environmental requirements.
