IP67 (when mated). They are designed for smaller AWG applications while still maintaining the benefits of the AT Series™ product line. All AT Series connectors are fully compatible with other existing standard products in the industry. The connector design incorporates an integral locking system that ensures a reliable electrical and mechanical connection. The connector housings are manufactured from a thermoplastic material that is not only durable, but also offers excellent UV protection and dielectric/mechanical properties, and is environmentally friendly. The sealing system consists of internal and rear silicone seals with multiple seals around the perimeter to prevent environmental intrusion. The contacts are manufactured from high quality copper alloys to ensure a reliable electrical connection. These connectors are also available in the ATMH series high temperature option with an extended operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, ideal for "under the hood" applications, as well as IP68 (1 meter water depth 24 hours, mating condition) and IP69K (mating condition) ratings. They also offer the BoardLock™ ATM option with flange connection, 90° right-angle or 180° straight, wire-to-board functionality, and IP67 protection (in mating condition).
