CARDEDGE+ Card Edge ConnectorsEDAC's 2- to 188-position card edge connectors are available in a variety of termination styles, mounting options, and orientationsEDAC's CARDEDGE+ Card Edge Connectors Picture EDAC's standard product offering includes Card Edge, Crimp Edge, Metal-to-Metal, High Temperature, and High Speed Card Edge connectors. There are many standard variants of each subcategory of edge board card connectors. These standard variants accept a wide range of board thicknesses, including multiple contact pitches (spacing), row spacing, insulator heights, termination styles, mounting options, and orientations. If a standard EDAC card edge connector does not meet the requirements of an existing application, the standard version can be modified at little or no additional cost to provide additional connector options EDAC offers a wide range of board card guides and polarity keys. Board guides can be pre-installed if required. Discrete polarity keys can be inserted into the connector when required. Polar keys can be molded into existing standard products using existing tooling if a more durable, fail-safe connector solution is required.
