It is available as both a one-piece (cable to bayonet) and a two-piece (cable to plug) solution. Both solutions have a very low package height (7.5 mm) and are compatible with the Amphenol ICC's other power solutions with low-cost, high-reliability stamped power contact technology.HPCE® cable assemblies feature an innovative power contact and housing design that allows for more compact and smaller form factor packages for demanding AC and DC power distribution applications.HPCE® cable assemblies have a low package height (allowing for greater airflow), greatly increasing the HPCE® cable assemblies have a lower package height (allowing for greater airflow), greatly increased linear current density and reduced contact resistance, features that make them ideal for next-generation 1U/2U servers, storage hard disk enclosures, telecom equipment and datacom/network equipment.
