Amphenol|Amphenol|Amphenol Connectors DuraEV™ connector product is a: Portable and Stationary Battery Charge and Discharge Connectors DuraEV™ is a standard connector solution offering two power and 4/6 signal pins with a patented contact system capable of carrying continuous currents from 15A up to 70A for 10,000 insertions and removals DuraEV™ is IP67 rated (with IP caps on the slot side) in both mated and unmated conditions with finger protection, power terminals with first-mate (FMLB) function, secondary locking mechanism (CMLB) for power terminals. DuraEV™ is IP67 rated in both mated and unmated conditions (with IP cap on the slot side), with finger protection, FMLB (First-Make-Most-Break) on the power terminals, and the connector's secondary locking mechanism (CPA) ensures secure locking. The connector is equipped with an IP cap on the slot side and an optional IP cap on the plug side to prevent foreign objects from entering. Mating and unplugging up to 10,000 times, 70A continuous current, IP67 protection in both mated and unmated conditions (with IP cap on the slot side), finger protection with anti-fault device designed to avoid FMLB mismatch with the power supply terminals, mechanical vibration flexibility under additional loads in accordance with IEC Mechanical vibration flexibility under additional load in accordance with IEC 63066 (rated current).
