Amphenol|Amphenol|Amphenol Connectors DSFP The 56G PAM4 SMT Connector product is a: 56G PAM4 DSFP Interconnect System DSFP SMT connectors provide dual high-speed channels running at 28Gb/s NRZ and 56Gb/s PAM-4 operating in dual high-speed channels to create 50G and 100G total bandwidth solutions. Compared to the SFP/SFP+ series, this series of connections is equipped with 2 additional pins, providing one more high-speed channel than other connectors in the same package form factor.The DSFP has the same unique mating interface and EMI cage dimensions as the entire SFP/SFP+ series of cages. This connector is backward compatible with SFP/SFP+ modules and transceivers based on 20-contact edge cards. Amphenol offers two-piece cages in multiple configurations with enhanced transceiver mating tabs, including crimp and solder tail versions. With 28Gb/s per channel NRZ or 56Gb/s PAM4 operation, providing up to 100Gb/s total bandwidth solution 22 contacts, 0.80mm pitch, 2 rows per port, supports dual high-speed channels Same package form factor as the SFP/SFP+ family of cages. Designed to support 112Gb/s upgrade potential.
