The connectors feature a very robust and secure locking mechanism, as well as multiple insertion guides and backrests.The SJA series has a polarized design that prevents accidental insertion. The housing has ergonomic rounded edges for easy insertion and handling. The contacts are rated at 3 A and 250 VAC/DC. JAM is available with 4-pole to 7-pole connectors, with fewer and more poles on request, as well as SMT versions and color options. The connectors have guide posts to prevent misplacement. Available in wire sizes #22 AWG to #30 AWG. Shells are made of nylon 66 with a UL94V-0 flame retardant rating.
