Floating board-to-board connectors:

HCC has developed a wide range of floating board-to-board connectors designed for high-density and high-reliability applications with a variety of pin count options and SMT process compliance. These products have been adopted by many customers, such as multi-video media devices for the automotive market, on-board chargers for electric vehicles, and modular programmable logic controllers for industrial applications. We can provide two types of pins, vertical 180 degree or horizontal 90 degree, for customers to choose.

EasyLock FFC/FPC Connectors

EasyLock FPC connectors support high-speed signal and power transmission for automotive infotainment systems and datacom applications. The connector pitch is 0.5 mm. FFC / FPC can be automatically locked when inserted into the EasyLock FPC connector. Capable of two SMT soldering processes.

FFC/FPC Connectors

FFC / FPC ZIF and Non-ZIF connectors mate with Flexible Flat Cord (FFC) and Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC). Available in a variety of product types, such as lift-off and pull-out, vertical and horizontal, with different pitches (0.3 ~ 1.0mm), heights (0.9mm and up), and terminal counts (4 ~ 96pins) to support complex applications and operations, these connectors can also support high-speed signaling speeds and power supplies for visual displays, automotive infotainment systems, and datacom applications.

Power WTB

The high-current Power WTB product family supports a wide range of high power current ratings from 5A to 50A per pin for power system applications, with a variety of pin counts and cable lengths, dual-row or single-row assignments, and spacing choices of 3.0, 4.2, 6.0, and 8.0mm, with selectable mechanical configurations to ensure product performance.

USB type C

USB 3.1 Type-C connectors are part of a new class of USB plugs and sockets that provide versatile single-cable solutions for data, power, and audio applications. The miniaturized design is in line with future trends. The front and back side are pluggable for fast and easy connection. It supports up to 100W power output and 10Gbps transfer rate. P-TWO offers horizontal USB 3.1 Type-C with Gen-II compliant transfer rate (10Gbps). This product can be applied to consumer, data and industrial application markets.

SATA Connectors

SATA connectors higher can support speeds up to 6Gb/s, enabling low-cost, high-speed, high-capacity hard disk drive units (HDD). These connectors comply with the SATA standard and meet both vertical and horizontal docking styles for use in HDD and HDD carrier devices in servers and storage equipment.

LVDS Socket Connectors

LVDS socket connectors provide high-speed video signaling (LVDS & HDMI & V-by-One HS/US) for consumer TVs, laptops, flat panels, and in-car infotainment systems. The connectors are available in 0.5 and 1.0mm pitch. There is a special snap-on design for plugging and unplugging the male end of the cable.
