Improvements in materials and processes for Binder 712 & 702 series connectors - quality improvement while maintaining application performance

In terms of quality and safety, the process improvement of 712 & 702 series connectors is making Binder actively move towards the needs of high-end customers. The M9 connector will be changed from the existing structure, and the original sleeve will be die-cast, which will be completed around the fourth quarter of 2021. The new die-cast sleeve will improve product quality and safety without compromising its application performance. The improved product can be matched one-to-one with the previous IP67 M9 miniature connector.

The new process will show more advantages, especially in terms of engineering quantity and production capacity, and even improve safety performance during assembly. For the manufacturing department, this product improvement is still very challenging, and it is necessary to perfectly combine new materials and new processes.
