When used as part of a molded cable assembly, this locking mechanism increases the waterproof rating to IP68, making it ideal for harsh environments. The connection is easily disconnected by turning the coupling ring a quarter turn. Mini-Con-X Insta-Click connectors are available as field-mounted connectors or factory-molded cable assemblies. High quality, high PBT plastics provide UV resistance for outdoor and lighting applications.
