Hirose Electric TF38 series FFC/FPC connectors are surface mount connectors with a highly reliable, vertical single side contact design for compact electronic devices. The series supports 32-pin positions with a pitch of 0.5mm and is compatible with FFC/FPC cables of 0.30mm thickness, ensuring stable signal transmission. The Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) design, combined with a trigger locking mechanism, makes installation easier and provides reliable connection fixing.The contacts of the TF38 series are made of phosphor bronze with gold plating to improve corrosion resistance and conductivity. The housing and actuator are made of liquid crystal polymer (LCP), which meets UL94 V-0 flame retardant standards to ensure high safety.
