The FH12 Series FFC, FPC (Flat Flexible) Connector from Hirose Electric Co Ltd is a high-performance connector that is widely used in electronic devices and circuit boards for connection needs. Featuring a 0.50mm pitch and 10-pin position design, the connectors support surface mount and right-angle mounting, and are suitable for FFC and FPC cables with a thickness of 0.30mm. The product's solder termination ensures a reliable connection and is equipped with a trigger lock function to ensure a solid connection. The connector has a zero insertion force (ZIF) feature, which makes plugging and unplugging easier and reduces mechanical losses. With a rated voltage of 50V, a rated current of 0.5A and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, they ensure stable operation in a variety of environments. The product housing is made of polyamide (PA) and nylon, and the actuator is made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), which provides good temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and meets UL94 V-0 material flammability standards.
