Hirose FH12A-12S-0.5SH(55) Connector Product (Series) Description:
Hirose Electric Co Ltd has introduced the FH12 series of FFC and FPC (Flat Flexible) connectors, designed for high-density and high-performance board connection needs. This series of connectors uses surface mount right-angle mounting with Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) characteristics to ensure easier plugging and unplugging operations, while effectively avoiding damage to the connector to extend the service life of the connector. FH12 series has a pin number of 12, a pitch of 0.50mm, suitable for 0.30mm thickness of the FFC, FCB, and is able to provide up to 0.5A rated current, rated voltage is 50V. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with gold plating to ensure good conductivity and corrosion resistance. The housing is made of polyamide (PA) nylon and the actuator is made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), which has excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength, and is capable of stable operation in operating environments ranging from -40°C to 85°C. The FH12 series connectors are also available in a wide range of sizes, from 0.5A to 50V. In addition, the connectors of the FH12 series are equipped with a trigger-lock function that provides 20 mating cycles, making them suitable for a wide range of consumer electronics, communications and industrial equipment applications. Packaged on tape and reel (TR), they are convenient for automated production and high volume production.
