I-PEX 20599-031E-01 Connector Product (Series) Description:
The MINIFLEX@ 3-BFN LK connector is a low-profile design connector with a thickness of only 0.9 mm for FPC/FFC connections with 0.3 mm pitch. Its horizontal insertion and mechanical lock design improves connection stability. For the contact points, contact A has a wipe length of 0.9 mm and contact B has a wipe length of 0.45 mm to ensure excellent contact. The width is calculated according to formula 2.1 + (0.3*number of pins) and is adaptable with depths of 2.55 mm (open) and 3.0 to 3.5 mm (closed). Available in 9 to 71 pin options, the connectors are widely used in consumer electronics, communication equipment, and other applications, making them ideal for high-density connections.
