Its terminal pitch is the industry's narrowest 0.3 mm, and by reducing the terminal pitch to 0.3 mm (a reduction of 0.05 mm compared to conventional connectors), the connector length of the 30-position connector will be reduced by 0.7 mm. The product uses JAE's standard multi-function hold-down device, which can be used as a power terminal to reduce the total pin count and connector size. In addition, the hold-down unit incorporates protective metal fittings to provide armoring to the mating and inner surfaces of the insulator for ultimate strength and reliability. Due to this structure, the connector has improved workability during alignment and mating.
