Hirose Electric Co Ltd's FH19C series FFC/FPC connector is a high-performance surface mount connector product suitable for compact electronic devices. The series adopts a right-angle installation method with a pitch of only 0.50mm and a board height as low as 0.88mm, making it very suitable for applications with limited space. The FH19C supports FFC/FPC cables with a thickness of 0.20mm, features conical cable termination and trigger lock design, ensuring reliable and safe connections. The FH19C series has zero insertion force (ZIF) characteristics, combined with a fixed tail structure, which improves assembly efficiency and contact stability. The contacts are made of gold-plated phosphor bronze material, effectively enhancing corrosion resistance and conductivity; the housing and actuator are both made of high-performance liquid crystal polymer, compliant with UL94 V-0 flame retardant standards, environmentally friendly and highly secure. The rated current is 0.5A, and the rated voltage is 50V, suitable for consumer electronics, wearable devices, and other applications that have strict requirements for thin, light, and high-density wiring.
