Hirose Electric Co Ltd's FH28K series FFC/FPC connectors are designed for high-performance electronic devices, meeting the reliable connection requirements under harsh application environments. This series uses a 0.50mm pitch design, supporting 30-position flat flexible cables (FFC/FPC), suitable for surface mount right-angle installation, bottom contact layout, and only 2.54mm high on the board, effectively saving space and enhancing design flexibility. The FH28K series has a fixed welding tail design, combined with a trigger locking mechanism, ensuring simple and firm insertion and removal operations. The contacts are made of copper alloy and treated with a 0.03µm thick gold plating, providing excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. Both the housing and the actuator are made of liquid crystal polymer (LCP), meeting the UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating, enhancing safety performance. The product rated voltage is 50V, rated current 0.5A, and the operating temperature range is wide, covering -40°C to 125°C, suitable for various automotive electronics, industrial control, and high-end consumer electronics fields.
