Hirose Electric Co Ltd launched the TF31 series FFC/FPC connectors, specifically designed for high-density electronic devices, offering excellent performance and reliability. The series features a 0.50mm pitch design, suitable for flat flexible cables with 6 positions, supporting both FFC and FPC types. With its surface mount, right-angle installation method, and bottom contact structure, it effectively saves board space, with only a 1.75mm board height, making it very suitable for compact electronic product applications. The TF31 series connectors have a zero insertion force (ZIF) design, combined with a trigger locking mechanism, which greatly enhances operation convenience and connection stability. The product terminals are made of phosphor bronze material, with a gold plating treatment (thickness of up to 0.03µm), ensuring excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. Both the shell and actuator are made of high-performance liquid crystal polymer (LCP) materials, with an excellent UL94 V-0 flame retardancy rating. Its rated voltage is 50V, rated current is 0.5A, and it is suitable for operating environments of -40°C to 85°C, ensuring long-term stable operation under various stringent conditions.
