The FH34 series is a high-precision, ultra-low-profile FFC/FPC connector introduced by Hirose Electric, designed for the connection needs of miniaturized, high-density electronic devices. This model features a 4-pin configuration with a pitch of 0.50mm, supporting FFC/FPC cables with a thickness of 0.30mm. It uses surface mount, right-angle design, with a board height of only 1.00mm, greatly saving space. The FH34 has zero insertion force (ZIF) functionality, combined with a flip-style backlock structure, achieving stable connections and convenient operation, suitable for scenarios requiring frequent insertion and removal. The connector supports both upper and lower side contacts, with a slot-type design for the cable end, further enhancing connection reliability. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze and gold-plated (thickness of 1.25µin/0.03µm), ensuring excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The housing is made of high-strength liquid crystal polymer (LCP), and the actuator is made of high-temperature-resistant nylon (PA), meeting the overall UL94 V-0 flame retardant grade requirements. This product can operate stably in an environment of -55°C to 105°C, with a rated voltage of 50V and current of 0.5A, widely applicable in consumer electronics, medical equipment, industrial control, and other fields.
