FH63S series FFC/FPC connectors are manufactured by Hirose Electric Co. Ltd., specifically designed for high-performance interconnection and suitable for various precision electronic devices. This series of connectors uses surface mount right-angle installation, supports FFC/FPC flat flexible cables with a 0.50mm pitch, and provides a 40-pin contact configuration. It adopts welding termination to ensure a stable connection between the cable and the circuit board. The flip lock and back lock design enhance the stability and vibration resistance of the connector, preventing connection loosening. The FH63S connector housing is made of liquid crystal polymer (LCP) material, compliant with UL94 V-0 flammability rating, heat-resistant and halogen-free, and can operate stably within a working temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The contact material is copper alloy, and it is electroplated with gold to provide excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. The rated voltage of the connector is 50V, the rated current is 0.5A, and it supports up to 10 mating cycles, suitable for high-demand electronic products and industrial applications.
