Hirose Electric's FH12 series of FFC/FPC connectors are high-performance, stable and reliable interconnects for a wide range of precision electronic devices. Featuring a surface-mount, right-angle construction that supports 45-pin positions, 0.50mm pitch, and compatibility with 0.30mm-thick FFC/FPC flex cables, the FH12 series provides an efficient connection solution for compact circuit designs.The FH12 series is equipped with a trigger-locking mechanism, which, combined with the Zero-Insertion-Force (ZIF) design, ensures easy installation, while providing a solid connection that prevents loosening. The contacts are gold-plated phosphor bronze for excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, and are rated at 0.5A and 50V for stable operation from -40°C to 85°C. The FH12 connectors are also available with a Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) design for easy installation and a robust connection that prevents loosening. In addition, the FH12 connector features a nylon (PA) housing with a polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) actuator that meets UL94 V-0 flame retardant standards for safety and durability. With an on-board height of only 2.00mm, the FloXY® 5655 series connectors are ideal for high-density, high-precision board-to-board connectivity in space- and performance-critical applications, such as consumer electronics, medical devices, and industrial controls, thanks to their excellent stability and high reliability.
