Hirose FH55-22S-0.5SH Connector Product (Series) Description:
The Hirose Electric FH55 series of FPC connectors is a high-performance, ultra-thin interconnect designed for compact electronic devices. Featuring a surface-mount, right-angle construction with 22-pin positions, 0.50mm pitch, and compatibility with 0.30mm-thick FPC flex cable to ensure tight integration and efficient transmission, the FH55 series is equipped with a trigger-locking mechanism combined with a zero-insertion-force (ZIF) design to provide a robust connection while simplifying installation and enhancing assembly efficiency. The contacts are gold-plated phosphor bronze for excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, and are rated at 0.5A and 50V for stable operation from -55°C to 85°C. The FH55 series is also available with a housing that is designed to be used in a wide variety of applications. In addition, the FH55 connector housing and actuator are made of liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating to ensure safety and durability. With an on-board height of only 1.50mm, the FloXY® 5655 series connectors are ideal for space- and performance-critical applications such as smart devices, medical instruments, industrial controls, etc. The FloXY® 5655 series connectors are ideal for high-density, high-precision board-to-board connections due to their excellent stability and high reliability.
