Hirose Electric's TF31 series FFC/FPC connectors are a high-performance, compact flexible cable connection solution for a wide range of applications in consumer electronics, industrial equipment and medical devices. Designed with a 0.50mm pitch, 24-pin position, the series supports surface mount and right-angle mounting for high-density board layouts.The TF31 series utilizes a Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) construction with a bottom contact design and trigger locking mechanism that ensures a robust FPC/FFC connection and improves signal transmission reliability. Phosphor bronze gold-plated contacts provide excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, while the liquid crystal polymer (LCP) housing and actuator provide excellent thermal resistance and mechanical strength. The connectors support 0.30mm thickness FPC/FFC, 50V rated voltage, 0.5A rated current, stable operation in -40°C to 105°C environments, and 20 mating cycles. With its high reliability and superior electrical performance, the TF31 series is an ideal FFC/FPC connector choice for smart devices, portable terminals and precision electronic systems.
